Preliminary Information Form

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Preliminary Information Form is issued to inform the BUYER (consumer) before the order, as required by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The platform is not a party to the sales contract; the seller is the producer/designer who produces and delivers the ordered product/service.

1. Seller and buyer details

Seller: the independent producer/designer who produces the ordered product/service. The seller's title, full address, tax office/number and contact details appear in the order confirmation and in the sales documents of the seller's own branded store.

Buyer: the name, delivery address and contact details provided in the order form.

2. Subject, product/service and price

The essential characteristics, quantity, sale price and delivery conditions of the product/service ordered by the buyer are stated in the order confirmation. The sale price is shown including taxes.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT or via the seller's (producer's) own payment link. Payment is directly between the seller (producer) and the buyer; the platform does not receive payments, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment.

4. Delivery

The product is shipped to the delivery address specified in the order. Estimated production and shipping times are stated in the order confirmation and/or on the product page; these times are estimates. For details on shipping/delivery conditions, see the "Delivery and Shipping" document.

5. Right of withdrawal

For standard (ready-made) products, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. For custom-made products produced to the buyer's requests, the right of withdrawal may not apply. See the "Cancellation and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)" document for details.

6. Complaints and objections

The buyer may submit complaints and objections to the seller via the seller contact details in the order confirmation, and for platform-related matters to [email protected]. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
