1. Data controller and contact

2. Personal data processed

Depending on which side of the platform you use, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, phone, city/delivery city.
• Account data: membership information, verification time, session records.
• Producer business data: brand name, address/slug, production details, printer/material lists.
• Request/order data: the model file (STL) and form fields shared by the customer in a quote request, quote/order history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, access logs, cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Creating accounts, verification, secure sign-in and managing membership (conclusion and performance of a contract).
• Publishing the producer's quote page, forwarding incoming customer quote requests, and managing quote/order processes (performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
• Sending communication, notification and information e-mails (explicit consent or legitimate interest).
• Ensuring service security and preventing abuse and spam (legitimate interest).
• Fulfilling legal obligations and sharing with official authorities (legal obligation).
• Analytics/measurement: measuring site usage through anonymised statistics and improving the service via Google Analytics (GA4) analytics cookies, and measuring ads and conversions via Google Ads advertising/measurement cookies. These cookies are only activated according to the consent you give in the cookie notice (analytics and/or advertising consent) (explicit consent).

4. Transfer of data

Your data may be transferred, to the extent required by the service, to domestic or international service providers such as e-mail delivery and server/infrastructure providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Information you share in the request form is forwarded to the producer who owns the relevant quote page. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Retention periods

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and limited to the statutory retention periods. When an account is deleted or the purpose ceases to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights (Article 11 of the KVKK)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion/destruction of the data within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that correction/deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to a result arising against you exclusively through automated processing,
• Claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
